British Airways posts loss record

The British airline British Airways is facing serious economic problems for some time, and between the little air traffic and the impact of stop losses BA officials have set a record high for the last twelve months to March this year . From March 2009 to March 2010 British Airways reported its biggest loss since its privatization in 1987 . They translate into 531 million pounds, equivalent to 766 million dollars. The losses are in addition to those recorded in the financial year 2008-2009, which were 401 million pounds, but still were less than expected, so the shares of British Airways experienced a rise. However, the airline will face unemployment fortnight by cabin staff, a move that will continue to affect the economy of the company.
